Cancellation Policy

You will receive a text or a call the day before of your upcoming appt. If you have to cancel, a response to that message is appreciated. After 12 hrs to scheduled time and there is a cancel,  there will be a $95 charge.  If prepaid aka gift certificate, it now is void.

I do understand life can get messy and circumstances occur.  I will take all matters into consideration and evaluate at that time.  Failure to no call/no show will be the entire cost of session.
